Hi,
we have successfully tested Realpresence Desktop (Individual User) from the PC to endpoint. The issue is it works fine with Tandberg MXp6000 but when we call Aethra X5, aethra restarts. Couldn't understand why this is happening. Could you help in understanding the issue?

You tested our RPD software with one vendor successfully but another Vendor crashes ?
Would it not make more sense to check with Aethra and ask them why their End Point crashes ?
