Poly Lens: Latest (Web)

Poly CCX 500 SW Ver: 9.2.1.0643

HI, 

Not quite sure what I'm going wrong here. The phone is indicating that my privisioning URL is replying with 404 when it tries to pull the ringtone file that I uploaded to the Resource Files.  Please see below for screeenshots of my configuration.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue — I completely understand how important it is to have your device working smoothly. To help resolve the problem, please try re-uploading the ringtone file to your provisioning server and then retest the CCX 500 to see if the error clears.

thank you for your reply. The device is provisioned via Poly Lens. I have followed your directions, and unfortunately that suggestion has not worked.  Poly Lens returns the same 404 on other devices too- not just the CCX 500.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

I can see this made it into our support organisation, and the issue was the naming of the file. On your end, it had underscores _ and dots.

 

It would have been great if you had followed this up for others to be aware.
