I have a HP7610 printer that will not print or copy on 11X17 paper. I have reloaded the software, downloaded and installed the latest software from the HP website and still no success. When asking it to print, it gives the option to print on 11X17 and pulls the paper through but only prints 3 or 4 colored lines (2"x3" in size) on the paper. I'm trying to print from Excel and have also converted document to a pdf and I get the same results. I've cleaned the printheads and attempted to align the printhead but had no success there. HELP!!!
