Product: hp envy photo 7858

worked fine for over a year, then all of a sudden, blue no longer prints, turns pink.  Ran print doctor, cleaned cartidges, etc. reset, etc.  Then replaced cartridge and still no blue printing.  Costco support worthless.  Now Citi will reimburse but they need a written estimate of cost to repair - don't know how to get that without going in a store and I am high risk for covid.  Tried to go through HP virtual assistant online, but could never get to a real person.  Citi just needs a statement saying the cost to repair this printer is$$, which I'm sure will be more than it cost $135.  Thank you.
