Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have recently purchased 2 HP ink cartridges that have had their copper strips damaged within the printer. The warranty hasn't expired on either of them (TRI-COLOR: 2025/10/09, BLACK: 2025/04/14). I was able to request a replacement for the tri-color but the service is unavailable for the black cartridge and i was re-directed here. What can I do?
