Bought a printer today. Set up my Instant Ink account but there is no mention of the 3 month free trial that I should have received with the printer. I did attempt the set up on my phone which crashed and needed a reset, so I had to move onto my desktop to reattempt the setup if this has anything to do with it.
I hope someone can reach out and help rectify this issue, I would very much like the three months I am entitled to with my purchase.
