HP 4500 all-in-one printer tri-color cartridges' problem. I replaced it with a new cartridge despite getting the same error message on the printer screen.  "Print Cartridge problem : [Tri Color]. Refer to device documentation for troubleshoot."

I understand that you are having issues with the cartridge error. 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridge is faulty or the printer itself. 

 

In that case, I recommend you contact phone support or connect with the service center near you.
