Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

4630 Officejet printer won't recognize HP 61 cartridge printer like brand new bought from office max error message is wrong cartridge even though that is the correct one. I wonder if I am stuck in a single cartridge mode because i went a month without the black cartridge. Anyone got an idea ??
