Hi there,
I purchased a HP ENVY printer with the 5 month free trial of Instant Ink on 8/1/21. I signed up and enrolled for the 50 page a month, I go into my Instant Ink account and there's not a single mention of any 'free' months and I've checked in the account history, nothing just states I will be charged when I install my first ink cartridge from the welcome pack. I even recived the welcome inks but did not receive any claim code or promo code in the box. However, there is a sticker on the printer lid and also advert on the box which specifically states a 5 month free trial, but there is no code on it or any other paperwork in the box.
Please advise how I should proceed?
