Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I've just purchased the HP Envy 6032 from Currys and the packaging said it included a 5 month trial of InstantInk. However, after setting the printer up and subscribing to the Occasional Printing Plan; I cannot see the 5 month trial on my account.

 

Please can someone help me get this corrected?
