Purchased the Envy 6000 after set up enrolled on the instant ink and then tried to get our 5 months free ink as stated on website where I bought the printer, on the box and also on the booklet that came with the printer. I have looked and looked and there is no where at all to get this free ink and also impossible to get a phone number to ring anyone. The booklet also states the 300 page a month instant ink is £7.99 but online it's £9.99??? Surely should just be a code you can enter? It does have a promotion code box when you sign up for instant ink but no code to put in it????. Just want what is advertised the reason why I bought the HP instead of buying the canon.
