Product: HP Smart Tank 5101 All-in-One Printer

I have a 5101 Smart Tank printer and need to replace the black print head.  The print carriage does not move to the center and stop when the door is opened.  I am using a Mac mini with MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1.  I've followed other suggestions to remove power to reboot without effect.  I have attempted to update the firmware but I have the latest version installed for MacOS.  Any other suggestions so I can get access to print cartridges to replace the print head?
