Hi I just purchased an HP DESKJET 4122E all in one printer which says there is 6 months free ink with HP + however when setting up and trying to input the claim code it says its invalid and there's already a 2 month free ink attached. Can anyone advise how to fix this please.

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. Did you activate HP+ while the printer setup?
Click here for more info. The 6 months will be credited if you opted for HP+
Once enrolled, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account.
If not, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
