Server Error. Try again soon message when trying to Enroll in the 6 months of ink on us. Today is the last day to enroll and I've had trouble since the 1st day. Unable to reach anyone by phone and the call back is not working either. I'm about to box it back up. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That’s incredibly frustrating, especially since you’ve been trying to enroll from the start. Here are a few things you can try before giving up on it:

 

Try a Different Browser or Device

  • Some users have reported success switching to a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or using a mobile device instead of a computer.

Clear Cache & Cookies

  • Go to your browser settings and clear cache/cookies, then restart the browser and try again.

Use Incognito/Private Mode

  • Open an incognito/private browsing window and attempt the enrollment process again.
