Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One

I have reset the printer as directed after cleaning and aligning the cartridge's. I am still experiencing poor print quality. .

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
