HP Recommended

Bought ink from staples for hp office jet pro 6970.  Installed cartridges. Printer complains the ink cartridges are old and won’t work in my printer.  Same number on cartridges. 

please fix.  Staples won’t take them back and I am not going to risk buying more.

Update the firmware for your printer by selecting the current OS. Click here
