Product: HP Officejet 7612 wide format
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer has suddenly started to print green rather than blue.  I have replaced the cyan ink cartridge but no difference.  All cartridges are genuine HP.  Cleaned printhead, Switched off and on. Restored factory defaults.  Still the same.  The printer diagnostic page looks absolutely perfect... but the blue is green

Not good, you got mixed yellow and cyan inside the printhead and you are getting a green instead of blues.
