HP Office 8620

Hi
I wonder if you could help. I have been trying to downgrade my Officejet Pro 8620 from firmware FDP1CN2022AR to the one currently on your site (1910A)
However, whenever I try to do this I am unable to select the printer in order to downgrade the firmware. I'm guessing this is probably due to the fact that the current firmware available cannot downgrade the printer.
Is there a way around this or do I have to use a different tool?
I have seen that others have been able to successfully downgrade their printers with help from HP Support Agents.
I would be grateful for the same assistance
Thanks in advance

Hi @AJJ2024,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are looking for information related to downgrading your Printer firmware.

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to downgrade the firmware once installed on the printer.
