New printer, only printing blank pages, whether test from printer, test from Windows or document from Word. I've already bought new cartridges and cleaned the print head to the second level. Printer shows compatible in installed.

@Arriba2160, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your 9015e blank pages!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand how frustrating it is when your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e prints only blank pages, even after trying new cartridges and cleaning the printhead. Since you’ve already replaced the cartridges and performed a Level 2 printhead cleaning, let’s go through a few more troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Ink Levels & Cartridges
- On the printer’s control panel, go to Settings > Ink Levels and confirm there’s enough ink.
- Remove and reinsert the cartridges to ensure they are seated properly.
- If possible, try another set of genuine HP ink cartridges (even if used) to rule out a cartridge issue.
2. Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from power.
- Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Try printing a test page again.
3. Check for Clogged Printhead Nozzles
- Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page from the printer’s menu (Settings > Print Reports > Print Quality Report).
- If the test page is blank, run another printhead cleaning (up to Level 3).
4. Try Different Print Settings
- If printing from Windows, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click your HP printer > Printing Preferences.
- Set Paper Type to "Plain Paper" and Quality to "Best".
- Try printing again.
5. Update Printer Firmware & Drivers
- Go to HP support page and check for any firmware updates.
- If using Windows, uninstall and reinstall the latest HP drivers using HP Smart App.
Let me know if this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
