When printing from iOS devices, output not printing in color. Any suggestions to address. Thanks.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Were you able to print from other devices normally?

 

Update the firmware using your current OS Version.

 

You may refer to this document and follow the instructions.

hi.  yes.  all that was done.  i even printed a test sheet from my windows laptop.  still not printing in color.  not sure what to do next other than to delete printer and reinstall?  thanks.
