Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The 902 ink cartiedges won't work, all others are fine. The machine works great, tried using other new replace cartridges but no good. Did all the basic suggestion. Anybody have this issue.

I understand the ink cartridge is not working. To assist you better, do you get any errors?

Insert the old ink cartridge to check for the error. By this, we can conclude if the new ink cartridges are defective.

Check for the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

Note: Use HP ink cartridges.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the error persists even after using multiple ink cartridges, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
