I have an HO cyan 951xl cartridge with warrantee 2025/12 that gives me a printer ink error. Followed all trouble shooting and virtual assistant for replace is leading nowhere. How can I get this cartridge replaced? Old empty cartridge works and if I put in a new magenta or another color from the same order, it seems to work. Please advise.
