Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7730 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Having issues with a printer Office Jet Pro 7730 purchased in Italy and trying to make it work in Los Angeles, USA.
It seems to accept only ink cartridges no. 953 and not no. 952 (that are the ones for sale here in the US). 

 

I need to perform a region reset but I can't manage to get hold of any tech over the phone.
