Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

972A K Black Ink Cartridge prints dark gray and light gray BUT Not BLACK. The other other cartridges work fine.

Hello,

 

Hope you are well,  please print from the device itself a print quality report and check for the black range of colors. In case you have an extra cartridge, please swap it and print exactly the same report to compare results. Usually this could be related to driver configuration or cartridge issue, please make sure any economode feature is not enabled. 

 

To print a report, please go to setting menu and reports, select the print quality report.
