Hi,

my HP printer doesn't recognize the new Black Ink Cartridge, that I ordered with the Hp Instant Ink service. The model of my printer is  HP ENVY Photo 6220. I would like to ask for an explanation as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Letizia Citterio
