I bought a new deskjet 2755e from Best Buy just over a year ago. After having issues with it not connecting to my WiFi and not finding my Samsung Chromebook and many attempts with troubleshooting, I'm out of black ink. I was wanting to sign up for instant ink but never got the chance. After several times during the year trying to connect and print, I put the printer up. But I'm needing it and have no ink to even troubleshoot more. There is no way I could have used an entire cartridge of black on maybe 4 pages and then those pages were printing in finesse
I need this printer in order to print address labels and I'm getting nowhere. Can someone please help me with this? It is now out of warranty. I don't feel I should have to now spend the money on ink
