Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

I replace the ink tubes (original ) and since then there is a massage on the screen: “there is a problem with the printer or with the ink tuner systems”. It says to turn of the printer and then to turn on (I did it it didn’t help) and if the problem continues to contact hp. When I take out the black tube it shows that all the ink tube are empty although it’s new
