I just purchased an HP 7602 Tank Printer from Best Buy yesterday. I was setting it up today and like an idiot I proceeded to load the Black Tank with the Cyan Ink! Is there a way to empty the tank? Can I just print black and white using the Cyan color or do I need to come up with another solution?

Thank you for the assistance and my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I had also spoken with Best Buy's Geek Squad as well as posting here. As it turned out they recommended since I only had the printer for a couple of days to return it and exchange it for another one. In addition, along with the tank mix up, I discovered there was something wrong with the Wi-Fi interface on the first printer, as it would not connect to my network regardless of what I tried. I tried switching to the Ethernet cable interface and couldn't get past the Wi-Fi setup as it kept returning to that and would never connect.
The replacement unit has worked fine, setup was complete in a matter of minutes with no issues connecting to my Wi-Fi and we have been very pleased with the unit.
