Hi ,

      Can someone please reach out to me from HP Instant Ink,

      I've had 2 accounts set up aprox. over 6 years ago for 2 printers and have been paying since then..

      But I haven't used the ink for over 3 years ..and I'm still being billed on 2 credit/debit cards.

      I do have an HP printer but it does not qualify for instant Ink..so I would like to get 

      the accounts canceled and a refund for the ink that I haven't used for all these years.

      I have spoken at 2 different times to HP agents who said they'd get back to me but I didn't follow up.
