Activation 4 months free ink unable to activate

HP ENVY PHOTO 6230

Please can someone help. When installing my new Envy Photo 6230 today I thought I could go back to ordering the 4 months free trial instant ink. When I've tried to order it via the app it only states one month! Please advise. I can send screenshots of proof of purchase, leaflet or sticker received.  Kind regards.

I have managed to enrol with 4 months free trial in my pc rather than my phone. Thanks for your help anyway. Kindest regards, xdebx
