Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 has not been printing cyan for almost a year, with multiple cleanings and 3 cyan cartridge replacements.  All the other colors (Magenta, Yellow and Black) print properly.  The printer also scans properly.    I've attached a JPG of a PDF of my company's org chart, as well as the scan of the same org chart printed on my printer.

I hate to do it, but do I just need to throw this printer in the trash and buy a new one?  I can't 'work from home' with a crappy printer.
