After an alignment and cartridge clean, my printer isn't printing correctly.

After an alignment and clean of the HP ink cartridges, the printer is no longer printing correctly, I am missing whole tables and paragraphs once printed. I really need the printer to work as I have to print school work for my children.

@Chezza11, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • To assist you better, what model HP printer are you using?
  • Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
  • Which device are you using to print?

 

For now, check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
