Product: HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP DeskJet 3632 all-in-one printer. I got one pour copy after changing networks, and then the printer stopped printing even though the system shows full cartridges. I’ve cleaned the cartridges gone through the printer head cleaning process twice. And still nothing will print

what else could be the problem?
