Problems with ink quality the black was not very clear so I done a head clean now the black has almost gone I have half colour and only used small amount black I have ink plan with hp

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that your printer is not printing black ink, If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
