After cleaning printer head, as directed, now my screen shows "Printer failure" I have an HP 7525

@JohnT43, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors

 

Also, refer to - 'Printer Failure' Error

 

Insert one ink cartridge at a time to check for the error.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Replacing the printhead will cost as much as a new printer. 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
