Hi,
What cartridge is labeled below the error message? you should see a color label with (K-Black/C-Cyan/M-Magenta/Y-Yellow)
Also, click the Hide button and then click the top icons bar on the printer screen, then on the shown ink drop icon and evaluate all the ink levels, be aware that any low color should be available to allow printing, any low ink cartridge would be required to be replaced to resume printing when empty:
