I installed new print heads on HP as color printing was non existant.  They installed correclty, but now it wants me to align them, but when I do, it stops and says Paper Jam, please clear then press OK.  The paper is not jammed, it has carried it into the roller ready to print, so I clear the paper out and pressing OK on the display takes multiple tries, it has not been registering it's been pressed lately.  When I finally get OK to work, it then goes Alignment Cancelled, Press OK to continue.  I press and press and press OK, have to press it many times before it registers and takes me back to home screen.  Problem is, if I try to print anything now, it is a blank piece of paper.  How do I get the print heads to align without it saying I have a paper jam?  Paper is not jammed, it feeds it but then stops the program and says jammed.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
