Purchased Officejet 3830 for sister.  Installed cartridges and everything working.  She's used it a handful of times.  Now can't because nothing prints properly - letters misaligned or cutoff.   Went through process of disconnecting printing, using printer screen to do maintenance and ipad to print alignment page (as well as, removing ink cartridges and re-installing).  Cleaned print heads.  Nothing works.  The alignment page prints but it does not print fully or accurately   (e.g. the word "Important" is cut in half so only the bottom half of the letters of the word display and this is the issue on the entire page -- it's misaligned).  How do you get the printer to print a clean alignment page on a printer that prints a misaligned alignment sheet???
