All-in-one HP Ink Advantage 3545 - Replace color crtrridge

All-in-one HP Ink Advantage 3545
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The color cartridge was empty, so printer displayed msg to replace the cartridge. 

The cartridge, original from HP, was replaced by another original HP color cartridge,  but the "Replace following cartridge --- (Color)" keeps  displaying. I tried to "factory reset"with Wifi+Return while switching on the printer. Select languaje and country, No change, same behaviour.

HP sent a second new (original of course) cartridge. So 2 origianl HP color cartridges Ink Advantages 662 are taken as empty (I figure, since ask to replace it) OR eventually, after some keys combinations, displays on computer ""Used or counterfeit Cartridge detected".

Cartridge and printer contacts had been cleaned thoroughly.
