Yesterday I turned on my All-in-One printer, and despite the cartridges having both come from the Instant Ink service, it reported that 'the indicated cartridge(s) are not intended for use on this printer'. It had printed perfectly normally a couple of days ago. I have tried all the suggestions on the HP web site - turn off, turn on, remove/reinsert cartridges, clean cartridges, but nothing has worked. Where do I go next? It is the weekend, so I can't go direct to HP.
