HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am using an HP Officejet 4620 all-in-one with which I have had no problems. the printer had been in storage for a few months. Before using again, I installed original HP inkjet cartridges for all colors. When a print job is sent to the printer, it is received but the printer produces only blank pages. The printer shows full ink level for all cartridges, I have cleaned the printer heads (regular and advanced levels) at least three times, have checked the print cartridge "pads" as well as the "uptake pads" on the printer and each color is wet on both pads. You can hear ink sloshing in each cartridge. I have also reset the printer to default settings. The only result so far is more blank pages or minimal print in magenta. It should be noted that the magenta print IS the correct information/print job sent from the computer. Any suggestions on how I can get things printing, even if just in black and white? Please help!

Hi @ctoolmant,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
