1 year old and is not printing (just some bad quality colour and almost no black.
I guess the person who gave it to me hasn't used it. Do you think that replacing the printerheads will solve this issue?
The printer looks pretty new and all tanks are full with ink, ink tubes are full and taking ink to printheads.

Replacing printheads may or may not resolve the issue. I'd suggest you follow the steps from the User Guide pages 96-101.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
