Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Amazon.de sold me a non-original toner even though I bought it as original.
The return period has passed.
The toner looks original, but the box looks reused. The printer recognizes the toner as non-original and blocks it.
The number on the box (next to the barcode and QR code): 11762634706.
Who should I send the toner with the box to so that you can catch dishonest sellers who are ruining your reviews.
