I understand that you are facing issues with the black ink cartridge.
Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Here we have a faulty, black cartridge. Please turn the cartridge upside down for about an hour. After that time, re-insert the cartridge and run an automatic cartridge clean (You can also remove the tri-color cartridge from the printer when running that cartridge clean to save ink
).
