I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978.  Cyan not printing, despite many attempts to use internal head cleaning (which also drains these overpriced ink tanks).  Also bought head cleaning fluid kit, and used a whole bottle of cleaner to flush out the Cyan, and it is still not printing correctly, no Cyan at all.  My local staples informed me that the 902 Cyan had a recall, and that the chemistry of these recalled tanks has damaged many of these printers.  This is my home office printer, and now I am forced to look at alternatives if I can not get resolution.  Please advise my best course of action.
