Installed tricolor sent from instant ink and printer says to re install it. Have done a number of times to no avail. Put old cartridge back in and everything fine except it has no red ink left. All I need to know is how to get in contact with instant ink to report problem. Virtual assistent is quite useless and using whatsapp for the number given is useless as no one read the message. After being in the instant ink scheme for three years I really dont want to have to go to a store and buy another. The printer is an Envy 4520 and one suggestion was to update firmware but it has the latest updates
