Bad colored print with Hp Instant Ink

Hi there,

 

I'm using HP instant Ink for my printer and evrything work very well!

 

From a week, the color cartige prints in very bad quality (this cartige is from 2017).

 

I'm looking how to request a Color cartige replacement but I cannot find it.

 

How I can request a replacement?
