HP Recommended

I received my new shipment of printer ink for my went pro 6455 printer.  I installed the new ink in the printer and got the code that the black cartridge is not communicating with the printer. The  old cartridge works just fine because I reinstalled it to see if the  new cartridge is the problem.  Seems the I have a bad new cartridge,. How can I get it replaced?
