I purchased 62 xl ink cartridge like i have for the last 5 years this one will not read in my printer how do i get a refund. I purchased at walmart and they wont exchange as it wa opened

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

1. Check Compatibility

  • Make sure the 62 XL cartridge is the right one for your printer model. You can check the compatibility in this document.

2. Inspect the Cartridge

  • Look for any damage or protective tape.
  • Clean the metal contacts on the cartridge with a cloth or cotton swab.

3. Restart the Printer

  • Turn off your printer, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Take the cartridge out, then put it back in carefully.

4. Update Printer Drivers

  • Check for updates on your printer’s website to make sure your printer’s software is up to date.
