Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

Sure - and looking at the image, it does appear to be a maintenance issue, that is, the print quality is definitely not right.

Known print quality solutions, provided in the order to be completed / considered:

Assuming you have already completed the obvious and that the mailing labels are the only prints that fail to print correctly,

perhaps you can do something to improve outcome by adjusting what you are doing during the print job.

For example,

The size of the output seems larger than the image posted at the bottom (ignore me if that is just wrong).

The print is no only faded but seems gray, too.

If the original label is in PDF format,

Consider

Print the label file using different software

Print your label file using Adobe Reader DC > Print the file as an image

Open the file on your screen > snip the label > Save and print

Snip – available since Vista!  Check out the “delay” feature in Windows 10

Check the paper -- this is an oft missed component of print quality issues.

Try different paper to print a test sheet.

Perhaps it is as simple as the label paper is meant for a laser printer??
